Workplace Violence /Business Continuity

Focus:  Workplace violence - what it is, how to deal with it - a business continuity perspective.

Presenter:
Michelle Cross is a Senior Vice President and Senior Risk Consultant with Wells Fargo Insurance Services, providing risk management consulting services for both employee and asset-based protection.  Ms. Cross has extensive experience working across multiple industries, including manufacturing, retail, higher education, real estate, and chemical operations, as well as financial and service entities. Her business continuity expertise includes developing, writing, and testing business continuity plans, crisis management plans and emergency preparedness procedures.
