Focus: "It's just how we do things here". When a smart strategy is build into the normal routine, it automatically provides more value and becomes more efficient. Often, business continuity planning is addressed as a separate project, treated as a "must do" activity that is left ot the end of the year or the very last minute when internal pressures force change. This approach can leave businesses exposed during critical cycles throughout the year.

This session will provide strategies for integrating planning practices into an organization as a part of an ongoing business cycle. We'll look at how to develop consixsten and repeatable processes with clear deliverables and efficient measurements. We'll cover concepts and techniques designed to gain buy-in from business users, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and understand the importance of the plans. The focus throughout will be on integrating business continuity planning into routine practices that become part of conducting business.
